  • Evaluate the overall quality, layout, and features to support the appraisal

How will I receive my appraisal report?
You’ll receive a secure PDF version of your appraisal report via email.
If you prefer a printed copy, just let me know — I’m happy to arrange that.

What happens after the inspection?
After the inspection, I:

  • Research recent comparable sales

  • Analyze local market data

  • Review the property details and condition

  • Develop a well-supported opinion of fair market value

Your final report will be prepared according to USPAP standards.
